Garlic Rosemary Chicken on Sweet Roll with Black Olives

 















 Ingredients:

* Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
* Garlic Cloves
* Italian Seasoning
* Nature's Seasoning
* Chopped  and Pitted Black Olives
*  Fresh Picked Rosemary
* Water


Line a  rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil.
Place chicken tenders in pan with peeled garlic cloves and  washed sprigs of rosemary. 
Add water enough to cover the bottom of the pan but do not submerge chicken. 
Sprinkle chicken tenders with Italian seasoning and Nature's Seasoning.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Slice sweet roll into sandwich tops and bottoms.
When Chicken is cooked thoroughly, remove from the oven and cut tenders into halves.
Sandwich one chicken tender half, garlic clove, some of the loose rosemary from the sprigs, and a spoonful
of chopped black olives.
 Repeat for other sandwiches.

Serve immediately.

Roasted Pear Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders

8 Pears Cored and Deseeded

1 Vidalia Onion Skinned and Coursely Chopped.

1/2 Cup Water

1 TSP Garlic Salt

1 TSP Salt

1TBSP Fresh Ground Black Pepper

4 TBSP Mother's Moonshine

2 TBSP Powdered Ginger


Preparation:

1. Choose a deep, and large, baking pan and line the inside with aluminum foil and spread the chicken tenders flat over the surface of the pan.

2. Add the water into the pan with the chicken.

3. Chop the pears into halves and add them to the pan  along with the chopped vidalia onion.

4. Sprinkle the Mother's Moonshine over the chicken .

5. Next sprinkle the garlic salt, salt, black pepper, and Powdered ginger generously coating the chicken tenders.

6. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 450 degrees F. for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender but well done.


Serves 4.
