Step 1. Turn off and
unplug your TV or digital receiver.
Step 2. Unhook your antenna from The TV or the digital receiver.
Step 3. Plug your TV or digital receiver back in and turn it
on.
Step 4. Run a new channel scan. (remember make sure the antenna is not
attached to the tv or the digital receiver) This scan should return no results
but that is perfectly fine.
Step 5. Turn off your TV or digital receiver and and
reconnect the antenna to the TV or digital receiver.
Step 6. Turn your TV
or digital receiver back on.
Step 7. Run the
channel scan again. (make sure that the antenna is connected to your TV or
digital receiver)
Step 8. You should now
begin to receive results of scanned channels on your TV or digital receiver. I hope this helps and prevents you from
having to replace your device prematurely.
Happy channel surfing!
